[개인정보 수집 동의] [Agreed to collect personal information]
"「저출산·고령화 사회 대응과 성장 전략」 국제컨퍼런스" 운영사무국은 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다.
2023 Conference 「A World Transformed: Navigating Low Birthrate & Ageing Society」 shall protect the personal information of information subjects and collect and use personal information for the following purposes.

1. 수집한 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.
- 수집목적 : 컨퍼런스 사전 등록 및 현장참석 인원 파악, 컨퍼런스 홍보물 및 뉴스레터 발송
1. The collected personal information is not used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures will be implemented, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Purpose of collection: Pre-registration of conference and identification of attendance at site, Promotion for the conference.

2."「저출산·고령화 사회 대응과 성장 전략」 국제컨퍼런스"는 개인정보를 제1조(개인정보의 처리 목적)에서 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다. "「저출산·고령화 사회 대응과 성장 전략」 국제컨퍼런스"는 다음과 같이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하고 있습니다.
개인정보를 제공받는 자 : (주)에이치에이엔컴퍼니
제공받는 자의 보유,이용기간 : 행사 종료 후 약 2주일
수집하는 개인 정보 : 국가, 소속기관명, 직책, 성명, 이메일, 핸드폰 번호
* 수집과정에서 서비스이용기록, 접속로그, 쿠키, 접속IP정보가 함께 수집될 수 있습니다.
2.2023 Conference 「A World Transformed: Navigating Low Birthrate & Ageing Society」 processes personal information only to the extent specified in Article 1 (purpose of processing personal information) and provides personal information to third parties only when it falls under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act. 2023 Conference 「A World Transformed: Navigating Low Birth & Ageing Society」 provides personal information to third parties as follows.
Person receiving personal information: HAN Company
Retention and use period of the recipient: approximately 2 weeks after the end of the event
Personal information to be collected: country, organization, position, name, email, mobile phone number
* Service usage records, access logs, cookies, and access IP information can be collected together during the collection process

3. 정보주체의 권리, 의무 및 행사 방법, 파기 요청
① 정보주체는 (주)에이치에이엔컴퍼니에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
② 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는(주)에이치에이엔컴퍼니에 대해 「개인정보 보호법」 시행령 제41조제1항에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며 (주)에이치에이엔컴퍼니는 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
③ 개인정보 열람 및 처리정지 요구는 「개인정보 보호법」 제35조 제4항, 제37조 제2항에 의하여 정보주체의 권리가 제한 될 수 있습니다.
④ 개인정보의 정정 및 삭제 요구는 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우에는 그 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다.
⑤ <(주)에이치에이엔컴퍼니> 는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 정보주체로부터 동의받은 개인정보 보유기간이 경과하거나 처리목적이 달성되었음에도 불구하고 다른 법령에 따라 개인정보를 계속 보존하여야 하는 경우에는, 해당 개인정보를 별도의 데이터베이스(DB)로 옮기거나 보관장소를 달리하여 보존합니다.
3. Information subject's rights, obligations, methods of exercise, and request for destruction
① The information subject may exercise the right to access, correct, delete, and suspend processing of personal information to HAN Company at any time.
② The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) can be made to HAN Company Co., Ltd. through written, e-mail, and fax in accordance with Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and HAN Company Co., Ltd. will take action without delay.
③ Requests for access to personal information and suspension of processing may limit the rights of the data subject pursuant to Articles 35 (4) and 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
④ Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.
⑤ destroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the passage of the personal information retention period or achievement of the purpose of processing. If the retention period of personal information agreed by the data subject has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information shall be moved to a separate database (DB) or stored differently.
