‘AURI International Forum’는 귀하의 저작권 및 개인정보를 보호하며, 다음과 같은 사항에 한하여 개인정보를 수집 및 활용하고 있습니다.
수집한 개인정보는 행사 운영을 위한 이용 목적 이외 다른 용도로 사용되지 않습니다.

① 개인정보 수집 항목
- 성함, 소속, 직책, 휴대폰 번호 및 이메일 주소

② 개인정보 활용 목적
- ‘AURI International Forum’ 정보 안내
- 행사 개최 알림 및 홍보를 위한 각종 자료에 활용

③ 개인정보 보유/이용기간 및 폐기
- 개인정보 보유기간: 행사 종료 후 1개월까지
- 개인정보 이용/폐지: 행사 종료 후 1개월까지 이용 가능하며, 1개월 후 모든 정보는 즉시 폐기됩니다.

④ 개인정보 취급 위탁
- ‘AURI International Forum’는 건축공간연구원과 한국과학기술원이 공동 주최하며, 원활한 행사 준비를 위해 개인정보를 운영사무국인 건축공간연구원에 제공/위탁합니다.

■ 저작권, 초상권 및 배포 전송권 동의서
행사 주최기관인 건축공간연구원이 본 행사 홍보의 목적, 세션 운영을 위한 홈페이지 송출 및 강의 기록 보관용으로 사진 또는 영상 활용 시, 초상권 및 배포 전송권 사용에 동의합니다.

이에 따라 본인은 사진 또는 녹화영상을 명시된 사용 용도에 한하여 초상권 사용 및 배포 전송 권리를 주최기관 및 운영사무국에 부여합니다.
또한 홍보물에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않는다는 점에 동의합니다.

연사는 초상권 및 배포 전송권 동의서에 대하여 언제든지 철회할 수 있으며, 철회하고자 하는 사실을 주최기관에게 알림으로써 본 동의의 효력은 상실됩니다.
단, 철회 이전의 초상권 및 배포 전송권 이용에 대해서는 효력이 유지됩니다. 단, 행사 개최 전 철회 시 회의 참석이 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 사용매체: 온라인 홍보 (SNS, 미디어, 온라인 초청장, 공식홈페이지, OTT서비스 등)

■ 개인적 사용 목적으로 행사 내용의 녹취 또는 영상촬영 및 실시간 송출을 금합니다.

■ Consent to Use of Personal Information
The 'AURI International Forum' protects your copyright and personal information, and collects and uses personal information only for the following purposes.
The collected personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of the event.

① Items of Personal Information Collected
- Name, affiliation, position, mobile phone number, and email address

② Purpose of Using Personal Information
- Providing information about the 'AURI International Forum'
-Utilising various materials for event notifications and promotion

③ Retention and Disposal Period of Personal Information
- Retention period: Until one month after the conclusion of the event
- Use/Disposal of personal information: Personal information can be used until one month after the event, and all information will be immediately deleted thereafter.

④ Delegation of Personal Information Handling
- The 'AURI International Forum' is co-hosted by the Architecture and Urban Research Institute (AURI) and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
For the smooth preparation of the event, personal information will be provided to and entrusted to the Architecture and Urban Research Institute, which serves as the event’s operating secretariat.“

■ Consent to Copyright, Portrait Rights, and Distribution/Transmission Rights
The event organiser, the Architecture & Urban Research Institute, may use photos or videos for the purpose of promoting the event, live streaming the sessions on the website, and keeping records of the lectures.

By consenting, I agree to grant the organiser and the event secretariat the right to use my portrait and distribution/transmission rights, solely for the purposes specified above. I also agree not to claim ownership of promotional materials.

Speakers may withdraw consent for portrait and distribution/transmission rights at any time by notifying the organiser, at which point this consent will become invalid. However, any use of portrait and distribution/transmission rights prior to the withdrawal remains valid. Please note that withdrawal of consent before the event may result in restrictions on participation in the event.
- Media of Use: Online promotion (SNS, media, online invitations, official website, OTT services, etc.)

■ Recording or video filming and live streaming of the event for personal use is prohibited.
